Gambar
Finally!!! The wait is over. The famous Michelin star dimsum restaurant from Hongkong, Tim Ho Wan has finally arrived in Jakarta! Spread this good news guys!!! I was so excited to try their dimsum because I haven't got any chance to try their restaurant in Singapore, at that time the queue was crazy. Well, let's check it out :

Are you drooling yet? :P Don't worry, Tim Ho Wan will oficially open for public March 28, 2015 :)

Baked Bun with BBQ Pork - 3pcs (38.8k). This is the most popular signature dish of Tim Ho Wan. Geez.. This is so AMAZING! Crunchy and fluffy on the outside, taste heavenly on the inside! I really love the combination of the yummy barbecued pork and the soft baked bun. I have to admit this is the best BBQ Pork Bun I had so far. It's a must must TRY!

Pan Fried Carrot Cake - 3pcs (31.8k). Another Tim Ho Wan's big 4 heavenly king dimsum. I like it was pan fried to golden brown, but the texture was still quite soft in the inside. As I bite into it, it…

St. Germain by Cacaoté (revisited)

Gambar
JiF always falls in love with St. Germain's beautiful interior, and when he was in Grand Indonesia, he decided to have lunch here for the second time. Scroll down to find out his food journey here  Lychee Iced Tea and Hawaiian Shore. Both are refreshing!

Caesar Salad (75k). Baby romaines, yoghurt sumac dressing, grilled chicken. Classic caesar salad was my appetizer comfort food. And here, I found it was very tasty. Not only the generous portion, the delish taste are the plus points!

Wild Mushroom Soup (60k). Chives chantilly, mini brioche. At my first visit, the soup was complimented with 2 mini brioches, and now as you can see, it was served with 3 mini brioches. I'm just wondering why this happened. Haha. Well, this soup was a decent soup for my tounge.

Oxtail & Spinach Rice (95k). Oxtail chili corn carne. Based on my tastebud, I wasn't impressed at all with this dish. The concept was actually nice, but the fact was below my expectation. Honestly, the only good thing is…

Fok Luk Sau (revisited)

Fok Luk Sau at Wisma 46 is always be my family's favorite Chinese restaurant. Why? Simply because all the food are delicious. Not many people know about this restaurant, so I called them a hidden gem, and hidden gem has always served good food. And now, I'd like to make a review for the second time and I never get bored to come back here. Chinese food people! Here you are..... I'll start with some of their dimsum!

Rice Roll with Dough Fritter "You Tiao". The cheong fen itself was good enough and mixed well with the you tiao even though it wasn't fried well and not crispy at all. Thank the cheong fen and the sauce are a nice combination.

Steamed Custard Bun. Uhhh it's so tempting, isn't it? Well, from outside, it looks like just an ordinary steamed bun, but when you see the inside, you'll definitely put it into your mouth! The custard bun was really nice and the texture was soft, unfortunately the custard filling wasn't melted like I expected. I d…
